It’s a lovely sunny day but so cold. However the Viburnum bodnantense Dawn looks and smells lovely. Birds are literally flocking to the feeders at the moment with several Goldfinches enjoying the nyger seeds and a flock of Longtailed Tits feeding on the other seeds. Just as I took this photograph of one of the beehives two of the honey bees were hurrying back in. They have been flying on two or three days in the last week, particularly foraging on Mahonia blossom. The weather forecast says Snow, so I have put a good layer of horticultural fleece over the Scented Leaf Pelargoniums in the greenhouse.
